Euroleague: renewal of commercial rights joint venture with IMG (2026-2036)

IMG, a global sports marketing agency, has renewed its partnership with Euroleague Basketball for a further 10 seasons, until 2035-36, announced the body based in Barcelona (ESP) on 07/01/2025.

"This extended collaboration, well ahead of the original agreement's expiration, will run through the 2035-36 season, building upon the success of their joint venture launched in 2016 (made official in November 2015)," said Euroleague.

IMG's arrival at Euroleague in 2016 took the form of the creation of the "Euroleague Ventures" joint venture. This structure is responsible, among other things, for marketing the TV rights to the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and the BKT EuroCup over the 2016-2026 cycle. "The joint venture has been instrumental in elevating Euroleague Basketball's global presence and delivering exceptional viewing experiences for fans worldwide," explained the body.
