LFP: François Morinière elected to the board of directors to replace Cyril Linette who has resigned

François Morinière, born on 25/10/1964, "(the only) candidate for this position and independent member from September 2020 to September 2024", was elected as an independent member of the LFP board of directors with 97.6% of the votes cast in an electronic vote organised on 07/01/2025.

"In accordance with the decision of the general assembly on 05/12/2024", the LFP proceeded with this vote in order to fill the vacancy left following the resignation of Cyril Linette.

A former CEO of the sports daily L'Équipe (2008-2014), François Morinière has been chairman of the board at Bayard group (La Croix, Le Pèlerin, Notre temps, Pomme d'Api, Astrapi, Okapi, J'aime lire) since 01/11/2024.
