Kings League: partnership with OneFootball for the launch of a channel dedicated to the competition

The Kings League, a company that organises 7-a-side football competitions and was set up by investment fund Kosmos (founded by former Spanish footballer Gerard Piqué), has entered into a partnership with OneFootball to launch an official channel dedicated to its competitions, announced the football media platform on 09/01/2025.

The agreement began with the Kings World Cup Nations 2025, a 7-a-side football tournament pitting several international teams against each other and taking place in Italy from 01 to 12/01/2025. "Since the start of the tournament, post-match highlights and extensive on-demand shoulder content from the tournament's opening rounds have been available globally on OneFootball's platforms," said the platform, which added that live broadcasts of the matches began on 08/01 for the quarter-finals.

The four quarter-finals, two semi-finals and the final will be "streamed for free and live in over 100 territories, including key markets such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH), Spain, France, and the United Kingdom."
