• Dea H, the holding company that owns Atalanta BC (Serie A Enilive) and is majority-owned by a group of American investors led by Stephen Pagliuca, has completed a €70m capital increase, according to Italian daily La Gazzetta dello Sport. The investment is backed in particular by the American fund Arctos Partners, already a minority shareholder in Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 McDonald's) with a 12.5% stake.
• The Stade de France has attracted a symbolic 40 million spectators since its inauguration.
• Women's Professional Leagues Limited (WPLL) will be conducting a trial allowing fans to consume alcohol in the stands at certain home matches of four English women's second division clubs (Bristol City, Southampton, Newcastle and Birmingham).
• The dates for the Asian Cup in 2027, which will be hosted for the first time by Saudi Arabia, have been confirmed. The 19^th edition of the competition will take place from 07/01 to 05/02/2027 in five stadiums in three cities (Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar).
