Liechtenstein: Hugo Quaderer succeeds Matthias Voigt as president of the Federation

Hugo Quaderer was elected President of the LFV (Liechtensteiner Fussballverband, the Liechtenstein Football Association) at the Assembly of Delegates of the Federation on 31/03/2015. He succeeds Matthias Voigt, who held the position since 2012, and announced his resignation in February 2015.

50 years old, Hugo Quaderer was unanimously elected for a term of two years. The Liechtensteiner was a member of the government of his country from 2005 to 2013, including the occupant of the Sports Minister functions. The Federation of Liechtenstein has only seven clubs, which all play in Swiss championships at various levels.
