DAZN Spain & Portugal: Oscar Vilda appointed CEO from 01/02/2025 after Bosco Aranguren's departure

Oscar Vilda has been appointed CEO of DAZN for Spain and Portugal with effect from 01/02/2025, announced the OTT platform on 20/01/2025.

Vilda will replace Bosco Aranguren, the platform's general manager in Spain since April 2022, who has decided "to devote himself to a new project," according to DAZN.

Oscar Vilda previously held the position of CEO at Finetwork, a Spanish company specialised in telecommunications (April 2023 to January 2025). He was previously CEO of Qatari telecoms operator Ooredoo (from September 2018 to April 2023) and commercial director at Orange for Spain (2007 to 2012).
