LFP/gender-based violence: commitment with Colosse aux pieds d'argile renewed for 2024-25

The Ligue de Football Professionnel has renewed its commitment with the charity Colosse aux pieds d'argile (Colossus with feet of clay) in 2024-25 "to combat sexist and sexual violence," announced the body on 24/01/2025.

"As part of its CSR strategy, the LFP wanted to be supported by a specialist organisation to complete its prevention plan against sexist and sexual violence, particularly in terms of supporting victims and reporting information/situations of concern. It was against this backdrop that the LFP and the charity, Colosse aux pieds d'argile, joined forces in June 2023," explained the French the League.

"With the support of Colosse aux pieds d'argile, recognised as the benchmark charity in this field thanks in particular to its expertise in the field, and the renewal of this agreement for the 2024-25 season, the LFP aims to step up awareness-raising among the various players involved in professional football."
