DNCG: "Numerous financial milestones achieved, including an €83m cash infusion" (Olympique Lyonnais)

"Eagle Football Group, today, announced the achievement of numerous financial milestones toward the realisation of its financial projections, as such projections were presented to the DNCG, and to the public, in November 2024, including the infusion of approximately €83m of cash from its parent company, Eagle Football Holdings," said the US company, owner of Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 McDonald's), on 24/01/2025.

Eagle Football Group ("EFG") highlighted three financial milestones achieved since 01/10/2024:
• The cash injection of €83m from Eagle Football Holdings, owner of EFG, Botafogo (Brasileirão Betano), RWD Molenbeek (Belgian second division), FC Florida Academy (USA) and minority shareholder of Crystal Palace FC (Premier League);
• A number of player transfers, including the sale of four players for €62.3m and "savings in player wages generated in FY 2024-25, by the movement of players during the winter mercato" of €5m;
