2024-25 Bundesliga: average of 23,056 season ticket holders (55,000 for BVB) & maximum price of €945

The 18 Bundesliga clubs have an average of 23,056 season ticket holders in 2024-25, down 3.6% on 2023-24 (23,919). The German league is third in the European Top 5 in terms of the number of season ticket holders per club, behind LALIGA (28,608) and the Premier League (27,677).

The average entry price (excluding discounts) for a 2024-25 Bundesliga season ticket is €214 (compared with €204 in 2023-24), which is the lowest average in the European Top 5, ahead of Ligue 1 McDonald's (€226). At the top end of the market (excluding discounts and hospitality), season tickets range from €490 (1. FC Heidenheim and VfL Wolfsburg) to €945 (RB Leipzig), with an average of €756 (compared with €716 in 2023-24). The Bundesliga is therefore the cheapest league in the Top 5 in this specific price segment. Germany is the only country where no club sells a season ticket to the general public for more than €950.
