CAF: TotalEnergies extends as a partner & as title sponsor of the Africa Cup of Nations until 2028

TotalEnergies, a French multinational energy and petroleum company, and the Confederation of African Football announced the extension of their partnership for the 2025-2028 cycle at a ceremony in Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) attended by CAF president Patrice Motsepe and Patrick Pouyanné, chairman and CEO of TotalEnergies, on 28/01/2025.

Under this partnership, which has been in force since 2017, TotalEnergies will continue to be the title sponsor of CAF's "10 main competitions", including the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations, and will add, from 2025, support for two other events: the CAF Awards ceremony and the CAF African Schools Football Championship, "CAF's flagship programme to promote football for young girls and boys in Africa," explained the French group.
