England: BT Sport acquires the TV rights to the fifth division through the 2017-18 season

The British pay-TV channel BT Sport and the Vanarama Conference (English fifth division, 24 teams, both professional and semi-professional clubs) have agreed a 3-year TV rights deal through the 2017-18 season for the live broadcasts of matches, as well as a weekly highlights show on Mondays, announced the Football Conference on 06/04/2015.

Further to the announcement of the BT Sport deal, the Football Conference also announced that, as of the 06/06/2015, it will be re-branded as the "Vanarama National League", along with the two leagues which constitute the English sixth division, Conference North and Conference South, which will be re-branded as the Vanarama National League North and the Vanarama National League South, respectively.
