Samba Digital: a €4m capital increase to "revolutionise sports content production through AI"

"Samba Digital announces the launch of a €4m capital increase, with the removal of shareholders' preemptive subscription rights ("PSR"). This operation involves the issuance of 500,000 new shares at a unit price of €8.00, reflecting a nominal discount of 38% compared to the closing price on January 31/01/2025, the day before the launch of the capital increase," announced the American marketing agency specialised in the sports industry on 03/02/2025.

The main purpose of the capital increase is to "provide Samba Digital with the necessary financial resources to execute its strategic growth plan and achieve its objectives," said Samba Digital, adding that it expects sales of €8m in 2024, up 43% on 2023 (€5.6m).

"Proceeds from the capital increase will be allocated as follows:

• 70%: Accelerate the development of our AI-driven platform, the cornerstone of our future growth strategy. Investments will focus on finalising advanced functionalities, integrating innovative solutions, and enhancing technological capabilities.
