UEFA: Gillette (P&G) enlists insider Fabrizio Romano to announce its licensed partnership

Gillette, an American company specialised in shaving and hygiene products and part of the Procter & Gamble group, has become the "official licensed shaving product partner" of the UEFA Champions League from 2024-25 and for several seasons, announced the brand in a press release published on 03/02/2025.

This partnership was presented on 31/01/2025 in a video posted by Italian journalist and insider Fabrizio Romano, who specialises in transfers, via his X account, which has 23.4 million followers as of 04/02/2025. Fabrizio Romano, known for his exclusive information on football transfers, takes to the stage on the phone and in front of his computer, as if to announce a transfer just before the market closes: "Here we go! Multi-year deal signed. This one was a very close shave ahead of the deadline," said the Italian on social media. The video has been viewed 3.2 million times as of 04/02/2025.
