Liverpool FC: adult season ticket rate freeze, 10% reduction for children in 2015-16

Liverpool FC (Barclays Premier League) announced a freeze on adult season ticket rates and a decrease of 10% for children to mark the launch of its 2015-16 season ticket campaign on 07/04/2015.

Liverpool fans can buy season tickets starting from £710 (€972). The highest rate is £869 (€1,190), the same as for the 2014-15 season. The price of Junior season tickets (under 17 years of age) have been reduced by £20 (€27.4). Liverpool offers a single price of £180 pounds (€246.5) for Junior tickets on all stands.

"The club had planned to slightly increase season ticket prices in line with inflation but after discussing the club's wider ticketing strategy with the Supporters' Committee ticketing working group we decided to freeze prices. Discussions are ongoing both in terms of other ticket prices for next season and importantly the wider issue of finding financially sustainable initiatives that increase accessibility and affordability of tickets at Anfield," stated Ian Ayre, the CEO of Liverpool FC.
