Bouchamaoui Tarek (TUN) and Constant Omari (COD) were elected members of the FIFA Executive Committee at the 37th Ordinary General Assembly of CAF in Cairo (EGY) on 07/04/2015. The two men succeed the two previous African members of the FIFA Executive Committee, whose terms ended in 2015: Jacques Anouma (CIV) and Mohamed Raouraoua (ALG).

The election had three candidates for two positions: Tarek Bouchamaoui, Constant Omari and Jacques Anouma. The 54 member associations of CAF had one vote for each of the seats at stake, with the two leading candidates elected. Tarek Bouchamaoui was elected unanimously (54 votes), whilst Constant Omari garnered 34 votes against 20 for Jacques Anouma.
