Serie A Enilive: Tether (crypto) becomes a minority shareholder in Juventus FC (5% of voting rights)

Tether Investments, an investment vehicle of Tether (a stablecoin based on the US dollar), has become a minority shareholder in Juventus FC (Serie A Enilive), announced the company, which is headquartered in El Salvador in 2025, on 14/02/2025.

According to Italian media outlet Milano Finanza, Tether has acquired 5% of the theoretical voting rights in the club through its acquisition of a stake. The acquisition was not made through Exor NV, the holding company that owns the majority of the club's shares (65.4%). 24.5% of the club's capital was free-floating on 30/06/2024.
