LALIGA: launch of an Arabic account on TikTok to connect with fans in the Middle East & North Africa

LALIGA has launched an official Arabic language account on the social network TikTok, owned by the Chinese group ByteDance, announced the two parties on 15/02/2025.

"LALIGA is pleased to announce the launch of its official Arabic TikTok account, further solidifying its commitment to connecting with football fans in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). This initiative enhances LALIGA's strategic partnership with TikTok on both a global and regional scale, providing an engaging digital platform to reach millions of Arab fans in their native language," said the league.

"In recognition of the substantial contributions of Arab players in LALIGA, the account will spotlight over 80 Arab footballers from countries such as Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, and Syria, who have engraved their names in LALIGA history books.
