The Paris Saint-Germain - AS Saint-Étienne match (4-1), the second semi-final of the 2014-15 Coupe de France, which was broadcast live on France 2, the only channel to broadcast the match in France, saw the French public TV channel to attract 4.254 million viewers on average during the game (kick-off at 21:00 CET) on Wednesday 08/04/2015, according to figures from the French audience measurement institute Médiamétrie.

This score represents an audience share of 17.4% and means that France 2 achieved the second best performance on the French TV market for prime time on Wednesday 08/04/2015, behind the private free-TV channel TF1 ("Grey's Anatomy" series, the three episodes aired had 5.285 million viewers on average, an audience share of 20.3%).

  • The final of the 2014-15 Coupe de France will see Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1, most recently champions of the Coupe de France in 2009-10) face AJ Auxerre (Ligue 2, most recently champions of the Coupe de France in 2004-05) at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis (Paris region, 80,000 seats) on Saturday 30/05/2015, kick-off at 21.00 CET.
