Manchester City FC: partnership with VTEX to improve fans' e-commerce experience

VTEX, a British company specialised in the creation and management of e-commerce platforms, has become an official partner of Manchester City FC (Premier League) in order to "streamline digital commerce experiences with the aim of offering a seamless and intuitive journey for fans," announced the club on 28/05/2025.

As part of the agreement, the London-based company will become a second-level sponsor of the English club and will also benefit from visibility on signage at the Eithad Stadium (Manchester, ENG) as well as on its digital platforms. The two partners will work on the deployment of solutions aiming to create a "unified commerce that offers multiple opportunities for fan engagement," according to Santiago Naranjo, chief financial officer at VTEX.

Manchester City also recently entered into a partnership with Publicis Sapient, a digital transformation consultancy belonging to the Publicis Group, in order to improve its digital ecosystem.
