FC Barcelona: launch of a process to merge subsidiaries Barça Vision & Barça Media

FC Barcelona (LALIGA EA Sports) has initiated a process with the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona (Catalonia, ESP) for its subsidiary Bridgeburg Invest SL, the holding company of "Barça Vision", the club's content platform that brings together all its activities associated with Web3, NFTs and the metaverse, to be absorbed by Barça Produccions ("Barça Media"), the parent company that centralises the creation, production and distribution of all Barça's audiovisual and digital content, announced the club on 27/02/2025.

"With this merger, the club aims to simplify the structure of its digital and audiovisual business by bringing it all under the same corporate umbrella and in order to be able to use all available assets to drive shared initiatives in the digital sector. This procedure will see Barça Media absorb the Bridgeburg corporate structure, including its business, the payments schedule and the employees, with the latter joining the new structure that already includes Barça Studios, Barça Games, and esports," said FC Barcelona.
