Liverpool FC: Susan Black, director of communications, to leave the club in June 2025

Susan Black, director of communications at Liverpool FC (Premier League), will step down at the end of the 2024-25 season, announced the club on 18/03/2025.

"Susan also serves as a board member and executive director of Liverpool FC Women (Barclays Women's Super League) and a board member of LFC Foundation" where in 2014 she launched the Legends Match programme, which has raised "more than £8.5m" to date, according to the Merseyside club

At Liverpool Women, "Susan led the board's strategic decision-making that resulted in the team being promoted back to the Barclays Women's Super League, saw increased investment into LFC Women and Pro Game Academy, and oversaw the reacquisition of the AXA Melwood Training Centre."

"Craig Evans, currently LFC's vice-president of communications, will be promoted to the role of senior vice-president of communications from 01/06/2025, assuming Susan's communications responsibilities and leading the communications function.
