FIFA Club World Cup 2025: up to $125m (€116m) for the winning club

"The distribution model of the FIFA Club World Cup reflects the pinnacle of club football and represents the biggest-ever prize money for a football tournament comprising a seven-match group stage and playoff format with a potential payout of $125m (€116m as of 26/03/2025) foreseen for the winners," declared Gianni Infantino, president of FIFA, on 26/03/2025.

The 2025 Club World Cup "will set a new benchmark for global club football, with $1bn (€928m on 26/03/2025) distributed to (32) participating clubs," announced FIFA on 05/03/2025. The new competition is expected to generate $2bn (€1.85bn) in revenue.

"In addition to the prize money for the participating teams, there is an unprecedented solidarity investment programme where we have a target of an additional $250m (€232m) being provided to club football across the world. This solidarity will undoubtedly provide a significant boost in our ongoing efforts in making football truly global," said the FIFA president.
