Decathlon: total revenues of €16.2bn (+3.8%) in 2024, including €4.73bn generated in France (-0.4%)

Of the €16.2bn in total revenues generated by Decathlon in 2024 (from 01/01 to 31/12/2024), €4.73bn (i.e. 24.5%) was generated in the French sports goods design, production and distribution group's domestic market, it announced on 31/03/2025.

The revenues generated by Decathlon in France were down slightly compared 2023 (-0.4%). Decathlon employs 23,000 people nationwide and has 320 stores (three openings in 2024).

The year 2024 was marked by the roll-out of the group's new graphic identity and its commitment as an official partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The group was responsible for supplying the uniforms for the 45,000 volunteers at the event (one million items). Decathlon also activated its marketing rights, in particular through its Team of 33 athletes and its branded area, the "Decathlon Playground" set up at the Parc de la Villette in Paris (19th arrondissement) during the Olympic Games, a venue visited by "200,000 visitors."
