SSC Napoli: a turnover of €255m (-7%) & a net profit of €63m in 2023-24

SSC Napoli (Serie A Enilive) posted a turnover of €255.3m for the 2023-24 financial year (01/07/2023 to 30/06/2024), down 7% on 2022-23 (€275m), according to results published on the club's website. Including transfers, Napoli posted revenues of €328.2m, compared with €359.2m twelve months earlier.

The club, which reached the Round of 16 of the Champions League in 2023-24, compared with a run to the quarter-finals the previous year, saw three of its four revenue sources decline:
• Matchday revenues were down from €37.9m to €27.4m (-27.7%);
• TV rights were down to €142.2m from €160.9m a year earlier (-11.7%);
• "Other revenue" was down from €17m to €15.5m (-8.8%).

By contrast, Napoli's commercial revenues rose by 20% to €70.2m at 30/06/2024 (compared with €58.6m in 2022-23).

The club also posted a positive net result of €63m, compared with a profit of €79.7m the previous year. Although the wage bill remained virtually stable (€109m in 2023-24, compared with €107m in 2022-23), net debt rose to €159.9m, compared with €117.3m a year earlier.
