City Football Group: joint venture with Oak View Group launched at the Etihad Campus in Manchester

City Football Group, a holding company investing in football assets (professional clubs, infrastructure, innovation), and Oak View Group, a US company dedicated to the development and management of sports venues, have announced the creation of the Eastlands Venue Services joint venture on 08/04/2025.

The joint venture, "a fully integrated service and operations company, will operate 365 days-a-year across the Etihad Campus" (Manchester, ENG), where Manchester City FC's (Premier League) Etihad Stadium, owned by City Football Group, is located. It will have "an initial focus on catering services for both Manchester City Football Club and Co-op Live arena" the UK's largest indoor arena (23,500 capacity) inaugurated in summer 2024. A project in which CFG and Oak View Group had invested a total of £350m (€405m) in equal parts.
