UEFA: record revenues of €6.777bn in 2023-24, including €2.499bn (36.9%) linked to Euro 2024

UEFA posted record revenues of €6.777bn for the 2023-24 season, an increase of 57% compared to the 2022-23 financial year (€4.321bn), according to the European Confederation's financial report approved by member associations at the 49^th UEFA Congress held in Belgrade (SRB) on 03/04/2025. This increase can be explained almost exclusively by the holding of Euro 2024 in Germany during the financial year, which generated €2.499bn in revenue.

• Media rights: €4.957bn (73.1%)
• Commercial rights: €1.223bn (18%)
• Ticketing and hospitality: €540m (8%)
• Other revenue: €57m (0.9%).

Revenue by competition:
• Champions League and Super Cup: €3.233bn (47.7%)
• Euro 2024: €2.499bn (36.9%)
• Europa League and Conference League: €490.6bn (7.2%)
• European qualifiers, Nations League, "Finalissima" and friendlies: €486.8m (7.1%)
• Women's Champions League: €18.9m (0.3%)
• Other competitions: €3.1m
• Non-competition revenues: €44.3m.

Money to clubs and teams competing in the various competitions amounted to €3.787bn, or 56% of the revenue generated over the year, while solidarity payments…
