Digital: WSC Sports (AI) acquires Engines 365 (fan engagement) from Infront

WSC Sports has acquired Engines 365, an entity dedicated to fan engagement and managed by Infront Labs (branch of the Swiss agency dedicated to innovation), from Infront, announced the Israeli company specialised in technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in sports on 16/04/2025.

"WSC Sports and Infront will continue to collaborate on OTT streaming solutions and consultancy services for sports rights holders based on the combined technology stack. Infront Lab as an independent entity will no longer be operational. As part of the acquisition, WSC Sports welcomes various members of the Infront Lab team and will assume most of the existing Engines 365 client contracts, ensuring a seamless transition for current customers," explained the Israeli company.

Two new products are thus being integrated into WSC Sports via this acquisition:
