Africa/CAF: Royal Air Maroc (airline) official partner of the TotalEnergies AFCON 2025

Moroccan national airline Royal Air Maroc has become an official partner of the TotalEnergies AFCON 2025 (organised in Morocco from 21/12/2025 to 18/01/2026), announced the Confederation of African Football on 19/04/2025.

This agreement also covers other competitions organised by the body, including the 2024 Women's AFCON (postponed from 05 to 26/07/2025 due to the Olympic tournament of the Paris 2024 Games), which will also be held in Morocco.

"This agreement strengthens Royal Air Maroc's footprint by consolidating its role as a gateway between Africa and the world and also highlights Morocco's emergence as a global sports hub," said CAF. The country is one of the three co-hosts (with Spain and Portugal) of the 2030 World Cup. The airline was also the official carrier of the Moroccan national team for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
