Italy/Serie BKT: Spezia Calcio acquired for the 2nd time in 2025 by Ram Spezia Holdings LP (USA)

American company RAM Spezia Holdings LP has become the owner of Spezia Calcio (Serie BKT) following the purchase of the shares held by FC32 Global Holdings Inc, announced the club on 23/04/2025.

Spezia Calcio has thus undergone its second takeover in two and a half months. FC32, a company founded by Australian Paul Francis, acquired the shares of the Platek family (USA) to become the club's owner on 07/02/2025.

As part of this acquisition:
• Charlie Stillitano, executive chairman of Relevent Sports and a member of the club's board of directors since February 2025, has been appointed president;
• Andrea Corradino, a member of the Lega Serie B board of directors and club president since February 2025, becomes vice-president;
• Andrea Gazzoli will remain CEO.
