European Top 5: FC Lorient promoted to Ligue 1, 66 of the 96 clubs for the 2025-26 season decided

Following FC Lorient's promotion to Ligue 1 on 26/04/2025, 66 of the 96 clubs that will take part in the European Top 5 leagues in 2025-26 (18 in the Bundesliga and Ligue 1 McDonald's, 20 in LALIGA EA Sports, Premier League & Serie A Enilive) have been decided.

As of 28/04/2025, no league yet knows all the clubs that will be participating during the 2025-26 season. The following number of clubs are already guaranteed a place in the top flight:
• 19 of the 20 Premier League clubs;
• 7 of the 20 LALIGA EA Sports clubs;
• 13 of the 18 Bundesliga clubs;
• 15 of the 20 Serie A Enilive clubs;
• 12 of the 18 Ligue 1 McDonald's clubs.
