With a turnover of €807m for the 2023-24 financial year, Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 McDonald's) posted revenues (excluding transfers) 11% higher than those of Arsenal FC (Premier League, €724m), as the two clubs prepare to face each other in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final on Tuesday 29/04/2025 (kick-off at 21:00 CET) at the Emirates Stadium in London (ENG).

In 2023-24, Paris SG's wage bill was €658m, 1.7 times that of their opponents, at €385m. At the end of that financial year, the London club posted a net deficit of €20.8m, compared with a net loss of €60.2m for their Parisian rivals.

The two clubs' brands are valued at fairly similar levels, with Paris Saint-Germain's estimated at €1.2bn and Arsenal's at €1bn, according to the 2024 rankings drawn up by the American company Brand Finance. However, the overall valuation of the Parisian club is significantly higher than that of their English rivals, at $4.4bn according to the 2024 ranking drawn up by the American business magazine Forbes, compared with just $2.6bn for the London club.
