Chelsea FC: Damac Properties (real estate) main shirt sponsor for the rest of the 2024-25 season

Damac Properties, a Dubai (UAE) based company specialised in luxury real estate, has become an official partner (2^nd level) of Chelsea FC (Premier League) as part of a "long-term" agreement, announced the club on 30/04/2025.

Under the terms of the partnership, the group will be the main shirt sponsor of the English club's men's and women's teams (Barclays Women's Super League) for the remainder of the 2024-25 season. Chelsea FC has not had a sponsor on the front of its shirts since its agreement with Infinite Athlete (AI technologies) expired. The agreement, valued at £40m (€46.1m), was not extended at the end of the 2023-24 season.

As part of the deal, the two partners are also developing a real estate project comprising 1,400 homes in the Maritime City district (Dubai, UAE). This residential complex will include areas dedicated to wellbeing and high performance with "exclusive Chelsea-branded amenities".
