News Tank Football: elections, appointments & departures recorded in April 2025

• Vinai Venkatesham will become CEO of Tottenham Hotspur FC (Premier League) with effect from summer 2025, according to the London club on 11/04/2025. This position was not previously held at Tottenham.

• The supervisory board of DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH, which met on 28/04/2025, unanimously decided to extend the contracts of Marc Lenz and Steffen Merkel as co-CEOs of the German league until "the end of 2029," announced the latter the DFL. The two men have been in post since 01/07/2023.

• Nicolas de Tavernost has been officially appointed CEO of LFP Media announced the LFP on 23/04/2025.

• "Jean-Claude Blanc has stepped down from his position as a director of Manchester United FC (Premier League), however, he will continue to have an active role in the management of the club in his new position as chief of international football relations and special advisor to the board," announced a statement from the club relayed by the Daily Mail on 14/04/2025.
