FC St. Pauli: 22,623 subscribers (€29.2m) to the cooperative set up to sell the stadium to fans

22,623 people have subscribed for a total of €29,178,800 in the "Football Cooperative Sankt Pauli" launched on 10/11/2024 by FC St. Pauli (Bundesliga) to handle the sale of the Millerntor-Stadion (Hamburg, GER) to supporters, announced the club after analysing the subscription phase on 08/05/2025. A total of 34,328 shares worth €850 were purchased, representing an average of 1.52 shares per person.

The Hamburg club, which owns the 29,546-seat stadium, announced that €27m had been subscribed by "more than 21,000 people" the day after subscriptions closed on 01/04/2025.

The first general meeting of the cooperative is scheduled for 20/06/2025. This cooperative, "the first in the world of professional football", stipulates that regardless of the number of shares acquired, each holder has only one vote.
