France/LFFP: Arkema extends as title sponsor of the Arkema Première Ligue (women's D1) until 2027-28

Arkema has extended its agreement with the Ligue Féminine de Football Professionnel, as title sponsor of the French women's top flight, the Arkema Première Ligue, for a further three seasons, i.e. the 2025-2028 cycle, announced Jean-Michel Aulas, president of the LFFP, and Thierry Le Hénaff, CEO of the French chemicals and advanced materials group based in Colombes (Hauts-de-Seine), at a press briefing organised by the League at the FFF headquarters (Paris 15^th arrondissement) to take stock of and outline the prospects for the development of women's football in France on 13/05/2025.

The D1 Féminine had been renamed "D1 Arkema" under an initial three-year agreement signed with Arkema on 21/06/2019, a partnership that came into effect from the 2019-20 season. This partnership had previously been extended a first time until 2024-25 on 14/04/2022. The competition changed its name from 2024-25 onwards, taking the name Arkema Première Ligue, while retaining its title partner.
