"I will stay involved in Lille, of course. Michel Seydoux (chairman of LOSC Lille) knows this. I have 5%. I might go up to 25% or 30%. You have to take the right decisions. OK, I admit that the time to go up to 100% has not come," said the Belgian businessman Marc Coucke, a minority shareholder in LOSC Lille (Ligue 1), on 21/04/2015.

Marc Coucke has held 5% of LOSC Lille's shares since September 2014. For several months, there has been talk of a possible increase in Marc Coucke's stake in LOSC. Marc Coucke is also the majority shareholder and president of KV Oostende (Jupiler League, BEL).

"When shall I raise up to 30%? I don't know. Maybe tomorrow, maybe never. It depends on the opportunities. I have the means, but I must be in a good project," said Marc Coucke about his involvement in the Lille club to the French daily sports newspaper L'Équipe on 21/04/2015.
