UEFA/National teams: €244m to be distributed to clubs for the provision of players over 2024-2028

The Club Benefit Programme linked to the provision of players to national teams for the UEFA Nations League, European qualifying competitions and the Euro 2028 finals will be allocated €244m over the 2024-2028 cycle, €4m more than initially envisaged in the memorandum of understanding between UEFA and the European Club Association, announced the European Confederation following its executive committee meeting in Bilbao (ESP) on 21/05/2025.

This additional sum corresponds in fact to the recovery of part of the €7m balance recorded at the end of the distribution carried out over the 2020-2024 cycle. The remaining €3m will be earmarked, "following a proposal from the ECA", for the programme of payments to the clubs involved in the UEFA Women's Euro 2025, increasing the total from €6m to €9m.
