RC Lens: Benjamin Parrot named CEO in place of Pierre Dreossi, who joins the board of directors

Benjamin Parrot, deputy CEO at RC Lens (Ligue 1 McDonald's) since June 2024, has been promoted to the position of chief executive officer, announced the French club on 22/05/2025.

The man who joined the club as communications and marketing director in June 2021 before becoming brand and revenue director a year later succeeds Pierre Dreossi, who was appointed CEO in June 2024. "Arriving at a time when Racing was in a slippery economic situation, he worked to restore its trajectory. An experienced executive, Pierre Dreossi successfully created the conditions for a transition to a new model. Although his operational mission ends today, he will now join the club's board of directors and represent Racing's football activities."

Benjamin Parrot has been "the successful pilot of all the club's structuring projects this season, from the purchase of the stadium to the equipment supplier tender and the writing of RCL's strategic plan. His mission will be to apply his sense of process to all parts of the club."
