European Top 5: Sunderland AFC promoted, 91 of the 96 clubs for the 2025-26 season decided

Following Sunderland FC's promotion to the Premier League on 24/05, 91 of the 96 clubs that will take part in the European Top 5 leagues in 2025-26 (18 in the Bundesliga and Ligue 1 McDonald's, 20 in the LALIGA EA Sports, Premier League and Serie A Enilive) have now been decided.

As of 26/05/2025, only the Premier League knows all (20) of the clubs that will be participating during the 2025-26 season. However, the following number of clubs are already guaranteed a place in the top flight:
• 18 of the 20 LALIGA EA Sports clubs;
• 17 of the 18 Bundesliga clubs;
• 19 of the 20 Serie A Enilive clubs;
• 17 of the 18 Ligue 1 McDonald's clubs.
