Borussia Dortmund: Vodafone (telecoms) main shirt sponsor for "at least 5 years" (2025-2030)

British telecommunications operator Vodafone has become the main shirt sponsor of Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) for "at least five years" (2025-2030), announced the two parties on 26/05/2025. The agreement was negotiated by the Sportfive agency. Vodafone will pay an fee of €30m per season, according to German media outlet Bild.

• In the Bundesliga, Vodafone is taking over from 1&1, a German telecommunications brand belonging to the United Internet AG group, on BVB's shirt. The club announced on the same day that the partnership would not be extended.
• For the DFB-Pokal, international competitions (including the Champions League and Europa League) and friendly matches abroad, Vodafone will succeed the German company Evonik Industries, an industrial supplier of petrochemical products and partner of the club since 2006-07.
