La Liga: over 8,300 FC Barcelona socios are on the waiting list for season tickets in 2015-16

More than 8,300 FC Barcelona socios (Liga BBVA) are on the waiting list for 2015-16 season tickets, announced the club on 21/04/2015.

1,038 Barcelona socios obtained season tickets through the waiting list system for the 2014-15 season. The majority of places become available due to "natural causes" or non-payment of their socio card, said the club. These fans pay €177 per year for the status of "socio" which, as well as giving them the right to vote in presidential elections and referendums, offers discounts for the matches of the basketball section of the club and provides free access to the football matches of Barcelona II (Liga Adelante).
