Foot Unis: Victoriano Melero, CEO of Paris Saint-Germain, elected president

Victoriano Melero, CEO of Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 McDonald's), was elected president of Foot Unis at the general meeting of the employers' organisation for French professional clubs on 03/06/2025.

Promoted to CEO of PSG in October 2024 after serving as the club's general secretary, Victoriano Melero succeeds Laurent Nicollin, president of Montpellier Hérault SC (relegated to the Ligue 2 BKT at the end of the 2024-25 season). Nicollin has chaired Foot Unis since its creation on 01/06/2021 following the merger of the Première Ligue and UCPF unions.

"I am honoured to succeed Laurent Nicollin. I am committed to continuing the work of bringing together French professional clubs within Foot Unis, an organisation representing all employers in French professional football," said Melero.

The new Foot Unis board consists of the following six members:
• president: Victoriano Melero;
• vice president: Frédéric Le Grand (president of EA Guingamp, Ligue 2 BKT);
• treasurer: Olivier Létang (president of LOSC Lille, Ligue 1 McDonald's);
