Women's football: Wasserman (agency) appointed to market rights for Mercury 13 (holding company)

Wasserman, a US-based sports, music and entertainment company, has become the "exclusive global sales team" for Mercury 13, a holding company for women's football clubs, announced the two parties on 04/06/2025.

"Mercury13 has appointed Wasserman and its women's focused advisory business, The Collective, as its global rights sales team. This strategic partnership will see The Collective lead commercial efforts across Mercury13’s growing portfolio of women's football clubs - beginning with FC Como Women (Serie A Femminile eBay) in Italy. Together, Mercury13 and The Collective aim to redefine how brands engage with women's football, unlocking commercial value, global visibility, and long-term growth by connecting with one of the fastest-growing, yet underserved, audiences in sport: women football fans."

This announcement comes as Mercury 13, founded in 2023, "prepares for additional club acquisitions across Europe, aiming to build the first commercially connected network of women's clubs focused on performance, community, and global fan engagement," explained the two parties.
