New Zealand Rugby: Gallagher Insurance succeeds Ineos as shorts sponsor of the All Blacks

Gallagher Insurance, a brand belonging to the American insurance brokerage, risk management and consultancy company, has become the match and training shorts sponsor of New Zealand Rugby's national teams from 2025 as part of a multi-year agreement, announced the body on 05/06/2025.

As part of the agreement, Gallagher Insurance, which has been active in New Zealand since 2014, plans to roll out "a robust schedule of fan activations." The insurance company is strengthening its commitment to rugby after extending its title sponsorship agreement for the Gallagher Premiership Rugby, a partnership in force since 2018-19, until 2027-28, on 12/09/2024.

Benefiting from the status of "official insurance broker" for New Zealand Rugby, Gallagher Insurance ranks third in NZR's sponsorship hierarchy, alongside Toyota. The Japanese car manufacturer upgraded its partnership with NZR on 05/05/2025 to acquire visibility rights on the New Zealand national team's training jerseys.

Gallagher Insurance and Toyota have thus taken over from Ineos, whose logo was visible on both shirts and shorts. The…
