• Eagle Football Holdings has received two bids for its 43% stake in Crystal Palace FC (Premier League): one from Woody Johnson, owner of the New York Jets franchise (NFL), the other from a consortium led by basketball player Jimmy Butler (Golden State Warriors, NBA).
• UEFA received the "Environmental Leadership Award" at the Green Sports Alliance Summit, "in recognition of our ongoing efforts to integrate responsible environmental practices."
• Spanish insurance company Prima Seguros has become an official partner and back shirt sponsor of Real Betis Balompié (LALIGA EA Sports) for the next three seasons, over the 2025-2028 cycle.
• The British agency IMG has acquired the rights to broadcast the Women's Euro 2025 and the Club World Cup 2025 on planes and boats for its Sport 24 channel.
