FFF: "The reform of French professional football is a positive revolution" (Philippe Diallo)

"What the FFF is proposing is a positive revolution: to have a Federation and a commercial company of clubs in the future, free and responsible for the resources of professional football. On 12/05/2025, we were able to present an overview, an innovative direction. The Federation would have a new and special role within this company, with a preferential shareholding and a right of veto. It's a complete change of framework that I want to see through to the end, together with the professional clubs. This project, which is positive for everyone, is a symbol of the renewal of French football, of the unity of French football, of the unity of amateurs and professionals," declared Philippe Diallo, president of the Fédération Française de Football, in his closing speech during the FFF federal assembly held at the National Football Centre in Clairefontaine (Yvelines, FRA) on 14/06/2025.
