Financial Fair Play: Olympique Lyonnais have provided additional information, "their case is closed"

The investigatory chamber of the CFCB (Club Financial Control Body) found "Olympique Lyonnais (FRA) (following the submission of additional financial information) to have satisfied the break-even requirement (and thus) are no longer subject to any enquiry. Their case is therefore closed," stated UEFA on 24/04/2015.

The CFCB requested, on 05/12/2014, that Olympique Lyonnais provide additional information about the situation of the financial stability of the club. Five other European clubs were subject to that same obligation: AC Sparta Prague (CZE), Hull City AFC (ENG), Panathinaikos FC (GRE) Ruch Chorzow (POL) and VfL Wolfsburg (GER). UEFA have not yet conveyed a decision on any of these five clubs as of 24/04/2015.

• Olympique Lyonnais played in the Europa League in 2014-15: the club was eliminated (1-2, 1-0, losing on away goals) in the knock-out round by Astra Giurgiu (ROM).
