Spain: the competition authority approves the acquisition of Canal+ España by Telefónica
The CNMC, the Spanish national commission for markets and competition, has conditionally approved the purchase, by the telecommunications operator Telefónica, of the 56% share in the pay-TV operator DTS (Canal+ España) held by the audiovisual group Prisa, on 23/04/2015.
