Brentford FC: Hollywoodbets (sports betting) extends as main shirt sponsor until 2025-26

Hollywoodbets, a South African sports betting operator, has extended as the main shirt sponsor of Brentford FC (Premier League) for the 2025-26 season, announced the club on 01/07/2025.

The bookmaker became an official partner (2^nd level) and back shirt sponsor of the English club on 06/11/2020, before taking over from British energy supplier Utilita as main shirt sponsor from the 2021-22 season, in return for an estimated annual fee of €3.5m. During the four seasons of the partnership, Hollywoodbets has provided financial support for the club's Foundation and offered supporters a range of experiences (visits to the training centre, access to the pitch at the Gtech Community Stadium, etc.).

• The 2025-26 season is the last in which Premier League clubs are allowed to display a sports betting operator as their main shirt sponsor. The English top flight clubs have collectively agreed to a ban on such agreements from the 2026-27 season, as announced by the English League on 13/04/2023.
• Nine of the 20 Premier League clubs (45%) displayed a bookmaker on the front of their kit in 2024-25.
