Toulouse FC: delivery of the club's new performance centre scheduled for late 2026 (cost: €18m)

Work on Toulouse FC's (Ligue 1 McDonald's) future performance centre will resume "by the end of the summer", with delivery expected "by the end of 2026," announced the club and its majority shareholder RedBird Capital Partners on 02/07/2025. The cost of the project, to be borne by the American investment fund, is €18m, of which €4m has already been invested.

"The new performance centre, located in the heart of the Ile du Ramier, will extend over five levels. It will be equipped with a host of facilities designed to optimise athletes' performance, including a hypoxic chamber to boost players' endurance and stamina by simulating a low-oxygen environment, a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy and recovery complex, and specialist training and rehabilitation areas," explained the French club.

"RedBird has also extended the initial scope of the project to guarantee access to the complex for the TFC women's team, with areas specifically designed to meet their needs," added the club.
